Ever go to the doctor and not remember all the medications you take? Or when your next appointment is? How about if you take care of an elderly parent? The Medical Health Tracker Log app is the perfect solution. It's fast and easy to use. Easy to use screens lets you enter as much or as little information as you like. This Android available app can be retrieved via the Android marketplace. Add patients (family members, friends, or whomever you need medical information for), then add doctors, log doctor visits, health issues (health log), & medications. See the easy to use screens below. Application Function Features include: Add up to 24 patients (enough to add all your family and friends). Patient section includes Name, Address (optional)  and Phone # (optional). Health Log section includes Date and Comments (optional). Doctor section includes Name, Address (optional), Phone # (optional) and Specialty (optional). Doctor Visits section Doctor, Date, Reason For Visit (optional) , Comments (optional). Medications section includes Name, Purpose (optional), Prescribe Date (optional), Dose Count (optional), Reason To Take (optional). Medical Health Tracker Log Screen Views.     FAQ How do I access the screens? I am clicking but the menus do not show. Use a "Click and Hold" technique where you click on the menu item and hold until the menu shows. How do I add a Password to the Application? Click the Menu Button. Then click "Enable Password Protection", then "Change Password" (adding your password in fields provided). How do I remove Password from the Application? Click the Menu Button. Then uncheck "Enable Password Protection". I forget my password. How do I get into the application? Use the "Forget Password" menu choice. It will allow you to email your password encryption code to our technical staff. Our technical staff will then be able to email you back your password. A small password retrievel fee applies.
